harmonic?

Serfas Cirque SL Carbon Cage

great cage, the lights one that back country sells (i think) my only compliant is a weird harmonic with the bottle in the cage during a slow speed. could be a combination with my frame CAAD9. its a shaking that is noticeable but not nearly strong enough to do any damage even over time (nothing im worried about). any more then a slow parking lot speed and the shaking subsides.
