So does this come with pedals or not? One of the replys states to pick up pedals if you don't have any. And the specs of the bike says that it has shimano pedals. Please validate, thank you. :-D

I would guess the 18inch frame, but being a female the shorter top tube of the 16 might be the way to go. Do you have a current bike to take measurements from and compare?
