I need a large helmet but on the website here there sizes have

I need a large helmet but on the website here there sizes have two indications. Is M/L a large helmet according to them. Sizes 22.5 to 22.75 or is it the medium 21.5 to 22.

I need to find out what size POC helmet I need. My head measurement is 7 3/8.

7 3/8 is a hat size. Helmets are a bit different in that they don't stretch like a hat will. Grab an actual tape measure and measure around your head at the widest point. If you land in-between the sizings go for the smaller of the 2. The foam will pack down and it'll fit like a glove.

This is a great helmet. Very adjustable and comfortable. It makes your head feel very safe...the Volvo of helmets. Drawbacks are that it is a bit heavier than most and can be too warm on hot days. I plan to use mine for mtn biking and winter riding.
