What are the dimensions of the arm guard? I had surgery on my forearm to fix a nasty galeazzi fracture, and I need something to protect my arm, though it is healing very well. Consider it extra precaution since I do plan on biking this summer, as it's really the only best sort of transportation in Santa Cruz, CA. Anyway, I'll probably have more questions later on. Thanks

It is 17 1/4" long total and 9" wide.
From the point of the elbow down towards your hand it is 12". From the point of the elbow up it is 4". Hope that helps you out.

Just got back from a ride, where I took a 5 ft. fall off my bike. Thanks to these, my elbows were protected! These are comfortable to ride in, even on hot days. They are pricey, but cheaper than putting a cast on your arm. Worth every penny.
