Write your question here...will this battery work on my old solo headlight. its about 10 years old. best light I've ever owned. The headlamp still works great but the battery has ended its life.

No. This battery has a new plug that will only fit certain models released after 2008. If you have the SOLO, Light & Motion does still offer the battery you require, it costs $89.99. HOWEVER, if you have a SOLO LOGIC, then you have the necessary electronics to use any of the 3-, 6-, or 9-cell Li-Ion batteries Light & Motion currently offers.
