Dainese Knee Guard Pro

For the ultimate in freeride and downhill leg defense, look no further than the Dainese Knee Guard Pro. These contoured hard-shell polypropylene greaves provide low-profile, bomber protection for the modern knights of mountain biking. Stretch sleeves at the knee secure with adjustable hook-and-loop straps for unparalleled security at eye-watering speeds, while the ventilated plates and closed-cell shock padding deaden the brutal impacts of international-level dirt competition.

Bottom Line: The Dainese Knee Guard Pro offers premier leg protection.

Flimsy and Short - Not good stand alone armor

By:

They appear to be most effective when worn under a set of Moto Pants. As a stand alone knee and shin guard the are of limited effectiveness. The plastic is flimsy - which is light, but offers little protection. The guard extended down to roughly 1/2 way between my knee and ankle - I prefer more shin coverage.

not the best

They work great but aren't that comfy. They will take a pedal to the shin nicely. The extra length is nice as well.
